You probably saw all that talk about the new KnotCard II with new OS that allegedly can open both D+ and Sky Italia. At this point, I have to admit that I'm really sorry for saying that the KnotCard guys are the ones from whom we should expect some solid Seca2 support in the future. The KnotCard brought us Sky Italia and Digital+ first but since then there has been no support. I was wrong and all I can see now is just attempt to get money from people who could be willing to buy this "new" card. The fact is that nothing has been confirmed yet by any credible person and so far it seems that this card is just one pathetic scam. Even if Sky and D+ would work, we all know that Sky Italia will cease Seca2 encryption very soon and will continue in Videoguard only. And as for Digital+, an encryption change to Nagravision is expected for all Astra subscribers to take place. But that shouldn't happen earlier than in spring 2005.
