                                  You need a dish antenna to receive Turksat and to download software which is only downloadable from Turksat.

                                              Main software for rl100csx v. 3.01 is on air now.
                                              Just use the upgrade via satellite menu on your receiver.
                                              No file is available other than the one on Turksat 11887 v 3333 frequency.
